January Menu
Pasta Pomodoro: It’s amore at first bite. It’s not quite summer yet, but the flavor of fresh tomatoes sautéed with garlic and olive oil then tossed with basil is one of my favorites so I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to make this dish.
Crispy Onion Chicken: You will love this kid-friendly dish. We combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard and spices. We dip boneless chicken breasts into this blend and then top with yummy and crispy French fried onions.
Chicken Divan: Tender chunks of chicken breast and melted cheeses team up with broccoli for a delicious and satisfying casserole for the whole family. It's a meal in itself. Your kids will even ask for more.
Cheddar Beef Enchiladas: Bring this Mexican-style favorite to your table with the zesty combination of seasoned ground beef, rice, refried beans and cheddar cheese smothered in a mild flavored salsa. You’ll enjoy six hand-rolled hearty enchiladas. Your family will love them.
Sheppards Pie: Hot and fluffy mashed potatoes will cushion your fall as you dive into this baked delight. Ground beef and tomatoes mixed with spices and topped with the potatoes will be a comfort food your family will really enjoy.
Peach Pork Picante: This one skillet dish is just peachy! Salsa, seasoning, center cut pork chops and peach preserves all add up to one fruity, tangy treat.
Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce: Succulent herbed boneless pork chops are paired with a tangy raspberry sauce…heaven on a plate! This is a special family dish or perfect for company.
Shrimp Scampi: As if shrimp isn't wonderful enough in its classic state, our Shrimp Scampi is almost indescribably delicious! We begin with the finest shrimp. Then we add the right blend of butter, wine, lemon juice, garlic and other seasonings. All you have to do is saute, savor, and enjoy all the compliments you'll get for your "hard work".
Spinach-Artichoke Cheesy Tortellini: Soooo good! Like having artichoke dip in a pasta. It’s rich and delicious and will soon become one of your all-time favorites.
Calzones: Here's a fun way to custom make calzones for the whole family. You'll love having these six individual sized calzones to throw in the oven. Choose from pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, sauce and cheese to create your own masterpieces.
Anniversary Chicken: In celebration of our first anniversary you’ll love this piquant, creamy chicken in a surprising combination of ranch dressing, bacon, teriyaki sauce and cheddar cheese. Yummy!
SantaFe Casserole: This is Tex-Mex without the heat. Enjoy the flavor combination of taco-seasoned ground beef with sour cream, crunchy taco chips, green onions, and topped with loads of cheddar cheese. This is an all-time favorite recipe of my family. When my daughter comes home from college she’s got to have SantaFe casserole.
Cheeseburger Pot Pie: Comfort food at its finest. A light flakey crust is loaded with lean ground beef, pickles, onion, ketchup and cheddar cheese. You'll have fun making this one.
Butter Crumb and Bleu Cheese Tilapia: Tilapia fillets are topped with a buttery crumb topping and crumbly bleu cheese. It oven bakes for a light and tasty meal. It is quick and simply delicious.
Bow-Thai Pasta: Creating impressive Thai dishes at home can be surprisingly easy. And once you’ve tasted the results, you’ll be hooked—especially if you like a little spice in your life. We combine bow-tie pasta with lots of stir-fry veggies and toss with a sesame ginger sauce. Top with dry roasted peanuts and you’ll see why this flavorful cuisine is so popular.
Fridge and Freezer Items:
Cheezit Chicken: This kid-inspired entrée features juicy chicken breasts dipped in melted butter and coated with crushed cheezits, sesame seeds and spices to give it a zip. This is a meal your whole family will love. Country Style Chicken
